Almost every agency can show polished work in a presentation. The harder question is what will happen next month. “Social media management” may mean publishing photos supplied by a client, or it may cover audience research, writing, production, advertising and enquiries. Ask for a scope you can inspect, rather than a list of channels.
Define the work before comparing fees
Write down the objective, the audience, the material you already have and the person who approves content inside your company. Ask each agency what it will deliver: concepts, formats, copy, production, comment handling and a decision process when a campaign underperforms. Separate the team's fee from the money paid to the advertising platform.
Confirm who controls ad accounts, profiles, analytics, photos and video files. Your company should retain access to its own assets after the engagement ends. A useful report shows what was published, what was spent, which responses mattered and what the evidence suggests doing next.
Cross-border work takes more than translated captions
ZEEN works with companies across the Balkan region, including Serbia (Belgrade), Montenegro (Podgorica), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Sarajevo), Croatia (Zagreb), Slovenia (Ljubljana), North Macedonia (Skopje), Albania (Tirana), Bulgaria (Sofia), Greece (Athens), Romania (Bucharest), Kosovo (Pristina) and European Turkey (Istanbul). Its European work also includes Germany (Berlin), Spain (Madrid), Italy (Rome) and France (Paris). These are markets served, not claims of an office in every city.
For each market, decide who checks the language and local buying context, who approves the final message and where the enquiries go. A visual may travel well while the offer, response time and next step need adjustment. Name one person responsible for coordination.
Start with a task you can evaluate
Request a proposal for one product or service: audience, central message, channels, required material and measurement. The ZEEN digital marketing team can connect strategy, content, advertising and relevant digital touchpoints within an agreed project scope. A good first meeting gives you a map of the work and responsibilities, not a guaranteed number of sales.
